I am writing because I have two favors to ask: 1) We are looking to hire another person here at Maple into the Securities Lending group in Jersey City, NJ. We do not require experience. The position could either be Part-Time (5 hours/day) or full-time but either way it carries full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K and gym). This might be ideal for someone who needs to be home when their kids are home, or who is a part-time student. If you know someone who fits the bill, would you please pass this on to them? Hello !
My name is Lisa Mück. I am 17 years old and I live in Salzburg, Austria, with my parents and my younger sister.
Next June I will be graduating and before starting university, I’d like to spend 6 months abroad as an au-pair, not only in order to improve my English, but also to get to know your culture and environment.
I have been learning English for the past eight years and already practiced it during English summer camps in Great Britain and Austria.
As Mom is working for the Salzburg Festival, I have the opportunity each summer to take care of singers and performer’s kids (7 months and older).
We go together to parks, playgrounds and museums or we play at home.
Cooking is not a problem for me, as I already have experience in preparing meals for young children.
I’d prefer a 100 % English spoken language family to improve my English, but I wouldn’t mind, however, to speak German with the kids.
My family and I have already been once in NYC. I was so fascinated by the city! I am ready to work downtown Manhattan or outside, but If you know a great family anywhere else - east or west coasts- I’m very open to help too.
My hobbies are playing the piano, listening to music, going to the cinema with my friends, reading. I enjoy going to the opera and classical concerts.
My favorite sports are skiing, swimming, diving and biking.
I also like sailing very much and I have been on sailing trips since I was a kid. Every year we go sailing in Croatia.
I’m a very open minded, independent and easy person to live with. My friends say that reliability, responsibility and positive thinking are my most outstanding character traits. I can cheer people up quickly and love to work with children.

Bonjour,
Nous sommes deux étudiantes, Mélodie Vetter et Marine Werling, deux alsaciennes de 20 ans vivant actuellement dans le Bas-Rhin.
Nous souhaitons nous installer à New York pour 4 mois à partir de fin juin 2008.
Dans le cadre de ses études de commerce international, Mélodie doit effectuer un stage à l'étranger ; son école s'occupe de la placer en entreprise. De mon côté, je fais des études de communication visuelle ( Ecole Lisaa). Mi-juin, je devrais avoir remporté mon diplôme et souhaite partir ensuite avec Mélodie à New York. Seul problème, je n'ai pas encore trouvé de stage ou job malgré de nombreuses recherches(quelque soit le domaine...), ce qui remettrait bien malheureusement mon voyage en question.
Nous faisons donc appel à vous en espérant que vous pourriez nous aider. Ce voyage nous tiens vraiment à coeur et les parents de Marine ne conçoivent pas le fait qu'elle parte sans avoir trouvé quelque chose ou qu'elle cherche directement sur place. Pourriez-vous nous aider dans nos recherches?

Je me présente, JOVANOVSKI Julien, 19 ans, étudiant en France. Je prépare actuellement un BTS Commerce International à OMNIS, Strasbourg. Étant en première année, je dois, pour la réussite de mon examen, effectuer un stage dans une optique Marketing (des tâches tournant autour de la prospection, à savoir la recherche de nouveaux marchés, le suivi clientèle, etc.), dans un pays étranger lors de l'été 2008 (23 juin 2008 au 15 août 2008). Les États-Unis me passionnant tout particulièrement et souhaitant m'y installer dans les prochaines années, je pense qu'un stage dans une ville Américaine, notamment New York, serait un réel test, et me permettrait de découvrir et de cotoyer le mode de vie Américain. Je m'appelle Nicolas DIETENBECK et je suis actuellement étudiant en troisième année à l'Ecole Polytechnique. Dans le cadre de ma formation, je vais effectuer un stage à New York, à l'université de Columbia, du 7 avril au 5 juillet 2008.
